Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of engaging in a prolonged pattern of abuse, coercion, and threats, targeting women and those around him to satisfy his alleged sexual desires, according to federal prosecutors in New York.
In a superseding indictment filed on Thursday, authorities detailed an extensive web of alleged misconduct, asserting that Combs’ criminal activities spanned a longer period than previously reported.
While the new indictment does not introduce additional criminal charges, it significantly broadens the scope of the allegations related to racketeering conspiracy.
Prosecutors now claim that Combs’ purported misconduct stretched over two decades, from 2004 to 2024, and involved additional victims linked to alleged sex trafficking operations.
This timeline suggests a sustained and deliberate effort to manipulate, control, and exploit individuals through calculated means of intimidation and force.
The updated indictment highlights that Combs’ alleged actions were not confined solely to women but also extended to his employees, witnesses to his behavior, and others who may have been in a position to expose or resist his alleged abuses.

The footage reportedly shows Combs kicking, dragging, and throwing a vase at Ventura. Authorities claim that, following this incident, Combs and his close associates paid hotel security staff a substantial sum—reportedly $100,000 to obtain and suppress the incriminating video evidence.
According to the indictment, Combs employed a variety of coercive tactics, including intimidation, physical violence, and explicit threats, to compel at least three female victims, identified only by number, to participate in commercial sex acts.
These encounters, prosecutors allege, were often orchestrated under the term “Freak Offs,” a phrase attributed to Combs. While some incidents reportedly involved multiple victims, others were said to be private encounters between Combs and a single female victim.
These encounters, according to authorities, were meticulously prearranged, sometimes spanning multiple days, and frequently recorded electronically. The indictment further alleges that Combs provided victims with controlled substances, ensuring their compliance and submission to his demands.
Beyond these accusations, prosecutors argue that Combs’ alleged criminal enterprise functioned with the assistance of several close associates who played key roles in facilitating, covering up, or enabling the misconduct.
The network of individuals surrounding Combs is suspected of aiding in the intimidation of victims, disposing of incriminating evidence, and handling logistics related to the illicit activities outlined in the indictment.
Last month, Combs abandoned his attempt to secure release on bail, a move that has left him detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest in September.
