50 Cent Fires Back at Joe Budden’s AI Lawsuit Threat, Demands Face-to-Face Sit Down

50 Cent Fires Back at Joe Budden’s AI Lawsuit Threat, Demands Face-to-Face Sit Down

The ongoing feud between 50 Cent and Joe Budden has taken a legal turn, with Budden hinting at possible legal action over AI-generated images shared by 50 Cent. However, true to his nature, 50 doesn’t seem the least bit concerned. Instead, he’s responding with his signature humor and defiance, making it clear that he won’t back down easily.

In a recent Instagram post, 50 Cent addressed Budden’s comments, laughing off the lawsuit threat. He shared a clip from The Joe Budden Podcast, where Budden discussed the AI images and suggested legal action might be necessary.

“So that’s the plan? [laughing emoji] You gonna sue me, Joe?” 50 wrote. “Hahaha, I think you’re mistaking me for someone else. I’m gonna get face-to-face with you, so you can tell me about the therapy I need.”

How It All Started

The tension between the two began after Budden suggested that 50 Cent needed therapy due to his chaotic online behavior. This remark came after 50 posted a controversial AI-generated image following the passing of Irv Gotti. In the post, 50 was seen smoking hookah while sitting next to a tombstone that read “RIP.” His caption, which joked about “smoking on that Gotti pack,” added to the controversy.

Budden’s comment about therapy didn’t sit well with 50, and the Get Rich or Die Tryin’ rapper quickly fired back. Instead of responding directly, he chose to mock Budden by posting AI-generated images of him sleepwalking naked.

These AI images referenced a real-life incident in which Budden was caught on video sleepwalking in the nude and attempting to enter his neighbor’s apartment. The bizarre moment resulted in a court case, though Budden was eventually cleared.

Budden’s Legal Concerns Over AI Content

On The Joe Budden Podcast, Budden expressed his frustration over 50 Cent repeatedly posting about him.

“50’s been posting me for seven days in a row,” he said. “If I have a problem with it, we’re getting lawyers involved.”

He further explained that the use of AI-generated images without proper disclosure could be considered illegal, stating, “You can’t do that.” However, he also clarified that, for now, he wasn’t personally offended by 50’s posts.

“I don’t have a problem with it, and I think that’s corny,” Budden continued. “And that’s 50—I got all the respect in the world for him. But if I get tired of it, and it stops paying, then yeah, it’s lawyer time.”

50 Cent Remains Unbothered

Despite Budden’s legal warning, 50 Cent appears to be enjoying the drama. He has not only continued to mock Budden online but has also dismissed the lawsuit threat entirely. By challenging Budden to a face-to-face conversation, 50 is making it clear that he has no plans to let up.

Given 50 Cent’s history of online trolling and his reputation for never backing down from a feud, it’s unlikely that this back-and-forth will end anytime soon. Whether Budden will actually take legal action or if this remains just another hip-hop social media war remains to be seen.
